He was very thorough and provided what turned out to be a very accurate budget estimate and time frame for the construction. We had some challenges along the way due to the nature of our block but found Keegan and the team incredibly flexible and supportive in helping us find solutions. Throughout the build process Keegan was approachable, patient and responsive to all our needs. His team transformed our 1 storey 2 bedroom 1 x bath red brick cottage into a 4 x bed, 3 x bath modern beach house. "We recently completed a 6 month home renovation build by Blucore Construction in February 2017 in North Sydney and we are immensely happy with Keegan and the Blucore team. They have undertaken a significant renovation project which touched on every room in the house, and included major structural and excavation work. Throughout the process we have been extremely happy with the quality of the work, craftmanship of the builders/carpenters, and the professionalism of Keegan and his carpenters/trades. What we found especially pleasing was the approach Keegan took with attention to detail and checking with us on the finer points to ensure that we were always happy with the design or choice of outcome. Receiving feedback and suggestions on how to make certain items work better given the sometimes tricky building circumstances was excellent. "Keegan is a builder you can trust. He has provided the best possible workmanship on the interior and exterior of our house transforming an 80’s house to a modern dwelling, one that is much admired. Keegan is not one to cut corners. He has completed our home to the highest possible standard. This was a substantial renovation requiring a new bathroom and laundry, several walls were removed to make way for a flowing open space, new kitchen and new floors throughout. Keegan has an eye for detail and insists on only the best possible outcome. He worked through all stages of construction coordinating all the trades at the appropriate time. "We are absolutely delighted with the transformation Keegan and the Blucore team have done on our tired old home. Not only does it look so fresh and new, the quality of the build is first class and rock solid. These guys know what they are doing. Keegan’s team started in October 2018 and methodically and professionally added a large sunroom, a massive new wrap-around deck with new roofs, a cool storeroom / workshop, completely rebuilt all three bathrooms, replaced all windows and insulated and re-clad the entire upper floor. They also helped source recommended contractors for our kitchen refresh and additional air conditioning. We highly recommend the entire team for their collaborative ‘can do’ approach. They are excellent to work with, have a fantastic work ethic and genuinely want the best outcome for the client. I was most impressed by how they all work so well together especially when the work was not pleasant or easy. As with any large project there were many times we needed to cue and review exactly what we wanted and how it could be built. Keegan and the team took all the angst out of these mid project decisions with their friendly informative approach and always left us feeling together we got the best result. It is not surprising given their experience that we adopted many of their suggestions and are delighted with them. To Keegan’s credit he has always been absolutely on point with cost estimates for the project and how long it should take. We have not helped though by making quite a few variations along the way, but then you do that when you have full confidence in your builder and know you are going to love the result."

"Keegan and the team at Blucore completed a 14 month redevelopment for us in 2018. We had used Blucore on our previous house and knew they were the right fit for this project. Clear, honest communication is critical to the success of a project of our size, knowing where we were with the timing and budget throughout the project was something that was important to us. Keegan would provide us with status updates in a way that suited us and would make himself available for meetings weekly when required. Fierce attention was a must for us, we had very specific ideas of how we wanted things to look and Keegan managed to be more fixated on the finer details than we were! No shortcuts or deviations (unless agreed) from the architect’s plans and vision. The whole team worked seamlessly with the architect and delivered a quality of work that exceeded our expectations right on budget. We get nothing but compliments on the workmanship and final product which is a testament to the meticulous work of the Blucore team. It would be very hard for us to use another company after such a positive experience with Keegan and his team."
